I f the township of the intended fic a t io n is known, it would be well to insert the same therein for the purpose o f further id e n tifica tion . NEVADA. The Nevada laws require that an intending appropriate or shall f ile duplicate applications with the County Surveyor o f the County in which the water is situated; said application shall set forth the name and Post O ffice address of the applicant, the source from which the appropriation is to be made, the amount th ereof, the location and character o f any proposed work or construction thereon, and the use to which tie water is to be applied, and ary additional facts which msy be required by the county Surveyor. This application is then referred to the Board o f Water Commissioners of the County, and either approved or refused, and other steps taken thereon.
