Referring to our recant conversation regard Ing complaint of Attorney Hinman representing the Stewart heirs that we were not living up to our agree­ment to deliver four inches of water to the St@«art buri&l plot. mad® personal inspection of the burial plot and found a stream of water eighteen or twenty inches wide running into the plot at that time. This was made possible by cooperation of the people in response to our advertise­ments to conserve water, and also the additional water received fro® the emergency pump in railroad yards which runs direct into the city mains. This is for your information and record. original deed which we looked up from the Pioneer Title records. Ed: You will recall we had the same trouble in previous years, at which time you advised that it was not our obligation to carry the water from the Creek to the Burial Plot, and Leo did not agree.
