E a rly th is year the sp rin g which, f o r some time, had been flo w in g f if t e e n to twenty gallo n s per minute, suddenly in creased to 275 g a llo n s per minute; however, the flo w i s ra p id ly decreasin g and is now approxim ately 145 g a llo n s per minute. I t is estimated tbat a flo w o f one g a llo n per minute i s worth approxim ately |>2,000 to the R ailro ad Company and we should, th e re fo re , see that our rig h ts are f u l l y p rotected .
