Eliza Meads, grantor, of Salt Lake County, 3tate of Utah, for and in consideration of th# sum of One Dollar, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby quitclaims unto Chrystal Springe Development Co., all of her right , title and interest in and to that certain appropriation of water , described as all of the water flowing from and out of and which may hereafter be made to flow out of those certain springs, situate in the northeast quarter of Section Three, Township 15 south , Range 1 West , Salt Lake Meridian , in Juab County, State of Utah I also all of the surplus water from Levan Canyon and fields in said county, which claim of water is for irrigation , culinary and domestic purposes.
