Caughey, known to me to be the President and Secretary, respectively of the Nevada-Utah Mines & Smelters Corporation, and who executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged -to me that they executed the said instrument in behalf of said corporation, and that said corporation executed said instrument freely and voluntarily and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.
