I agree.Los Angeles - Oct oh*"'* n , 19H ;Personal 0$ Mr. Walter R. Bracken; (OC -Mr. E. E. Bennett Mr. Leo A. MoNames) \ X have your letter of October 10th about the Basic Magnesium, Inc., pipe line matter, and I think the cost of acquisition, construction of a line to the City with additional booster pumps that would be required to effect service, then the acquisition of distributing lines, together with the heavy cost of operation and maintenance of the Boulder Lake pumping station and the booster over the hill, when fully analyzed both as to initial oost and cost of operation, would be found to be prohibitive, but we should give the matter serious throught and perhaps arrange for some publicity. for a few days, but as soon as I can get out I will contact Mr. Bennett and, when convenient to him, arrange a trip out there and go over the matter thoroughly. At the present time X am confined to the house / f/ong / Diet.
