I agree.April 9, 1906* Mr. C. 0. Whittemore, General Attorney* Salt Lake City, Utah* My Dear Whittemorei- By your favor of April 14th, 1905, you transmitted to me, with other documents, the enclosed deeds from Walter James and Helen R. James, his wife, tc the Company, and from William L* Raht and Sophia Raht, his wife, to this Company$ of certain property, with the statement that the abstract of title to the property was being withheld until title to other property to be conveyed to the Company by Walter James under his contract had been perfected* I have held this matter in suspense until the present time waiting for the other documents so that they could all be turned over together* However, upon taking up the matter |pr transmission to the Auditor, I find that you have not approved as to form either one of the enclosed deeds to our Company. I therefore return them for your approval as 'to form, and have also to suggest that you have Mr, Brown approve the^deed^f^om^lfaht and wife to the company. Kindly see that this is attended to and return deeds to this office at your earliest convenience. Very sincerely yours, (Signed) T. E. GIBBON. Enc
