I am handing you the form which he returned to me, and would appreciate if you would have it made out if you think the Information furnished in his letter is sufficient. If nd^ I suggest you handle with him direct in view of the shortness of time, I do not know by whom the form should be signed, but it seems to me it could be signed Union Pacific by you as General Attorney unless there are some other regulations to the contrary.
