Bear Mr, Smiths I enclose herewith Applications of Las Tegas Land and Water Company, to appropriate public waters of the State of Nevada, through four wells which we have designated as Wells No. 7» 9 and 10. tJpon receipt of this letter and when you have assigned Serial Numbers to the Applications, I would appreciate it very much if you will inform me the Ser~ ial Number assigned to each of said wells respectively, so that I can advise Mr. Tan Eastland, Water Right Surveyor, who is preparing the map to accompany said Applications. 1 enclose herewith check for #80.00 to cover the filing fees. enc. bcc - Mr, E.
