I agree.Las Vegas - Get. Mr. Frank strong! W 23-3 n* 9 ? % enclose a notice fro© State Engineer regarding proof of application of water to beneficial use under Application 10128, which cowers our Well No. 2. Under date of January 26, 1938 we filed with the State Engineer two applications) Ho. 10127 cowered 2.7 c.f.s. for municipal use. No. 10128 cowered 2.4138 c.f.e. for irrigation at the ranch. Since that time we have submitted final proof of application of water to beneficial use under application of 10127, covering municipal use and received a Certificate therefor, which was sent Mr. Bennett under date of March 12, 1943. However, the amount of water produced by Well Ho. 2 is all cowered by the application for municipal use, leaving nothing for irrigation. Under the circumstances, 1 do not see how we can fils a Proof and Cultural Map referred to in his letter. In this connection, please see your letter to Mr. MoHamee under date of June 11, 1942, concerning water appropriations for our various wells. If you concur in my thought that we should take no further action on this filing, please return attached and X will so advise State Engineer. ©c - Mr. E. E. Bennett 1/ Mr. Leo A.
