Re: Application #10439 (Well at Ranch) Las Vegas, Nevada January 5, 1944. Mr. W. R. Bracken: (cc - Mr. I. E. Bennett Mr. Frank Strong) According to the Permit granted by the State Engineer of the State of Nevada, under the above serial number, it is necessary that we file Proof of Application of Water to Beneficial Use, together with a cultural map, on or before February 25, 1944. I have prepared and enclose herewith a form of Proof of Appropriation, and wish you would please swear to the original and return to me for filing on or before said last mentioned date.
