    I - 2 - I think we should proceed, making every effort to get this well drilled and in production for hot weather. If it becomes evident because of delay from any of the several sources, viz. War Production Board approval - scouring material after WPB Application approved, or-lnabillty to secure permit for drilling the well, we will endeavor, by working everything to capacity and taking over the Mike Paps wells on a rental basis, to get by for this year.
