t REMARKS This application is made fo r the purpose of acquiring righ ts to the use of the water existing in the subterranean channel or artesian basin above mentioned. Under Application Mo. 7201, th is applicant was granted a C ertificate of Appropriation (C e rtifica te Record Mo. 1855, Book 6, Page 1855), fo r 2.5 cubic feet per second from the same source and fo r the same purpose as this application, through an artesian w e ll, at the point of diversion, located in the Southwest quarter o f the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 20, South Range 61 la s t, M.D.B* & M. At the time of the f i li n g of the Proof of Application of Water to B eneficial Use under said Permit 7201, the amount of water flowing at said point of diversion was 6.68 e . f . s . , the total amount o f which flow was appropriated under Applications Nos. 7200, 7201 and 7202. Under Application Mo. 10127, this applicant was granted a permit, approved December 89,1957, to appropriate an additional 2.7 c . f . s . from the same source, fo r the same purpose, through an artesian w ell located in Northeast Quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 51, Township 20 South, Range 61 East M.D.B. & M, The amount here applied fo r, to -w it, 5.00 c . f . 8. is fo r the purpose of supplying the reQuirements fo r municipal purposes in addition to the amount appropriated pursuant to C ertificate 7201, and Rem it 10127. The distribu tin g system consisting o f settlin g basin, 2,500,000 gallon concrete reservoir, pipe lin es from reservoir to City of la s ¥©gas, and other pipe lin es and la te ra ls, are described in the Proof o f Appropriation f i le d under Permit 7201, and the only additional new works proposed under th is application are the artesian w ell, casing, control valves and pipe lin e frost artesian w ell to settlin g basin, described in th is application under the heading * Description of Proposed Works'*.
