I agree.L.V.L. ft W. Water Rights* \ Las Vegas, Revada, Hovember 12, 1931 Dear Father: I have a copy o f yours of November 10th addressed to George Malone and note the memorandum on the bottom thereof* The cn ly agricu ltu ral land we can prove up on is that situated in Sections 25 and 26, the total area o f which is 707 acres. !e have applied fo r a right under Application 7202 fo r 532 acres. This land in Sections 25 and 26 is also entitled to the vested righ t o f water from the springs, and I do not believe that su fficien t land has been cultivated so as to make a showing of ben eficial use o f the vested water, together with the 5.32 C.F.S. allowed under Permit 7202. Of course, at this time there is not 5.32 C.F.S* flowing in the creek from the w e ll, and i t might be w ell fo r us to shear on the proof o f ben e ficial use the exact amount of water flowing fror the w ell afte r Permits 7200 and 7201 have been allow ed in f u l l . I believe then there would be su fficien t land in the two sections named to take care of the remaining water and also the vested righ t water. I presume it w ill be necessary under Application 7202 to f i l e a cultural map. Your son, Leo A. McRamee C 0 PY
