MeNamee: Tour le tte r of November 3rd on the above subject: I think you w ill agree with me that the decision as to whether the Las Vegas Land and Water Company sh all acquire the franchise and property of the South Nevada Land & Development Company is one that must be made by our executives. However I think your views on the subject are very valuable.^ I suggest that you w rite Mr. Knickerbocker on the subject, transmitting copies of the lette rs received from the Public Service Commission of Nevada, together with your recommendation. The fact that the Development Company is several months behind in the payment of our water b i l l s ^aakes it rather imperative that the matter be brought to a head.
