Adamsons In checking up these applications I find that proof of completion of work was due December 8 , 1928. Forms of these proofs were submitted to you in my le tte r of November 18, 1927, but as the work was not completed the proofs were deferred. Under the law, the State Engineer could require us to furnish this proof within thirty days, and i f we did not furnish same, cancel the application. I f this proof can be furnished now, I think i t should be file d . I am therefore inclosing you origin al and copy of a ffid a v it of completion of work as prepared by me in 1927 on permit No. 7201, and origin al and copy of a ffid a v it of completion of work on permit No. 7202.
