I have two proposi­tion s in mind, one as to capping the w e ll, which can be done at a much le s s cost than preparing the a l f a l f a land we have been fig u r in g on and one in referen ce to more exten sive c u ltiv a tio n on the ranch which w i l l use a l l the water not used by-ra ilro a d & tow nsite purposes. Leo McNamee is w r itin g h is fa th er today on same s u b je c t."
