for Master Barbers of Las Vegas Danford Crane for Las Vegas Trailer Park Operators Earl C, Moore 0# W, Clark - for himself OPINION--BY THE COMMISSION Las Vegas Land and Water Comparer, incorporated April 29, 1900 with proviso for operations in State of Nevada, amended February 9, 1917 to permit business within or without the State of Nevada, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Los Angeles and Salt Lake Railroad Company, filed proposed New Rates, Rules and Regulations on January 22, 1951 to become effective as of February 26, 1951, At a general session of the Public Service Commission held at its offices in Carson City, February 19, 1951, the effective date was suspended for a period of 60 days from and after February 26, 1951• It was further ordered that a public hearing be held at Las Vegas commencing at lOtOO A.M«, April 3, 1951* On the date set this Commission proceeded to hear the matter and continued in session for that purpose during April 3,li, St 5 at which time a recess was taken. On April 13, at a general session of the Commission, it appearing that the Commission would be unable to complete its investigation and hearing within the period of suspension, it ordered a suspension for an additional period of 60 days from and after April 27, 1951, and ordered further hearing be held at IOiOO A.M., June 5, 1951, The Commission concluded the hearings on June 7 with one night session.
