Sutton) Referring to your letter to me of October 8th and Mr. Bennett* a letter to you of October i|.th in eon-neotion with application of the las Vegas land and Water Company to the Public Service Commission of Nevada for reconsideration of the Commission* s decision increasing water rates at las Vegas. In view of the limitation m period within whloh stilt may be filed ehallenging the legal propriety of the State Commission* s order in this proceeding, I agree in the recommendation that we arrange to file suit Just prior to the expiration of the 90-day period, unless the Commission in the meantime acts favorably on our petition for reconsideration.
