PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF NEVADA CARSON CITY 0 p Y August 21, 1934 Mr. Walter Bracken, Manager Las Vegas Land and Water Company Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Sir: While you and Mr. Conolly were in the office last Saturday you stated you would return on Monday of this week and discuss with me your increased rate schedule of Las Vegas Land and Water Company. Inasmuch as you did not return on Monday I am assuming you have returned to Las Vegas, I have given the schedule much thought since Saturday and have come to the conclusion that since this is an increase in rates it must be on file for thirty days.
