Mr. Robert Allen October 14, 1952 (3) That Lae Vegas Land and Water Company should be authorised to waive the collection of any outstanding undercharges which may be due for service provided prior to January 1, 1952, upon which would be applicable the rates set forth in Rate No. 21 on Cooling Water for Refrigeration Machine on Original Sheet PSCN No. 3 effective September 1, 1952, or any rates for Cooling Water for Refrigeration Machine set forth in prior tariffs. M PROVISIONS TO BE INCLUDED IN ORDER IN (1) That First Revised Sheet PSCN No. § effective December 1, 1952, filed by the Las Vegas Land and Water Co. with this Commission on October __, 1952, is hereby approved * (2) Las Vegas Land and Water Co. is hereby authorised to waive the collection of any charges for Cooling Water for Refrigeration Machine for services furnished during the period January 1, 1952, to and including November 30, 1952, which are in excess of the rates and charges set forth in Rate No. 21 of said First Revised Sheet PSCN No. 3 and Original Sheet PSCN No. 3-A effective December 1* 1952. (3) Las Vegas Land and Water Co. is hereby authorised to waive any outstanding charges for Cooling Water for Refrigeration Machine for services furnished prior to January 1, 1952. ** Copies of the enclosed tariff sheets, b\t not this letter, are being mailed to all parties who appeared at the hearing in the ease.
