We are considering filing an amended application in the same case. The original application contained, among others, the following allegations: "That the population of Las Vegas during the last five years has increased over twenty per cent (20$) and the number of customers has increased from approximately 5,900 to 3,900 and the water consumed by the customers of the applicant herein has increased from 2,291,623,000 gallons in 1945 to 3 ,472,022,000 gallons in 1950, Consumption in the first half of 1951 was greater than the corresponding period for 1950.
