Dear Mr, Campbell; In connection with additions to,the property of the Water Company, the cost of which will be added to the basic purchase price under terms of contract for sale of the Water System to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, I am sending you herewith, one copy of our "Detail of Estimated Expenditures" covering construction of the following des­cribed project, which it is proposed to construct, subject to the approval of our Executives, under the conditions noted on the face of the estimate. Construct 1614 LF of 6" cast iron water mains and 26 LF of 6" fire hydrant connections to serve Moss Tract #2, Parcel #1 in Lots 1-10, Block #2. I am sending you herewith one print of our drawing No. B-600, dated June 12, 1253, showing location of proposed pipe line. Will you please indicate your approval of this proposed project as required under Section 13 of Agreement C.L.D. No. 11342, dated June 1, 1953, covering the sale of the water production, storage and distribution system to the District, by signing in the space indicated and returning copy of this letter to me.
