Obtain a title report without insurance 'from the Pioneer Title Insurance Company with respect to all pipe lines laid in public streets or alleys showing that the streets and alleys have been dedicated by the filing of a subdivision map executed by the owners of record of the land involved. Accordingly I suggest that paragraph 4 of Article I of the typical agreement submitted with your letter of June 17th be amended to read as follows: ”4. To provide the Las Vegas Land and Water Company "(a) with a title report issued by the Pioneer Title Insurance Company showing that where pipe lines are located in dedicated streets or alleys, such streets or alleys have been lawfully dedicated under the laws of the State of Nevada by the owners of record of all of the land involved; "(b) with a policy of title insurance with limits of $1,000.00 issued by Pioneer Title Insurance Company showing title to the easements referred to in Paragraph 3 of this Article I to be vested in Las Vegas Land and Water Company.” To conform with the above mentioned change reference to "policies of title insurance" in the fifth line of Article II, page 2 * o f said agreement should be changed so as to refer to "title reports or policies of title insurance aforesaid". 1, 1.
