R- JUN 231953 RE: In the Matter of the application of LVL&WCO. for emergency relief by amending certain of Its rules and regulations. I hand you herewith copy of Opinion and Order of the Nevada Public Service Commission in the above case denying our application to place in effect Rule 9 . 5 covering extension of water mains. This Order was to be expected but I propose to give further consideration to the transcript.Of the testimony in the case to see whether there would be any basis for a Petition for Rehearing. I have absolutely no confidence in the petition being granted but I thought if there were any points which might be raised which would help give some publicity in connection with the bond election, it might be well to file one.
