Bracken Affidavit By Affidavit dated January 18, 1938 "That at least11 $7,185 has been expended in-- the completion of said works and at the expense of applicant and at the expense of UPRR Co for use and benefit of applicant. Improvements consisted of: ’’Drilling artesian well at point of diversion to a depth of 802 feet, and installing therein 734 feet of 12 inch No. 8 gauge hard red steel casing, with 12 inch flanged gate valve. Installing 1254.2 feet of 12 in. transite pipe, connecting well with settling basin located in > SWi of SWj, Sec. 29, T. 20 S., Range £l E., M.D.B. & M., mentioned in proofs filed in connection with application and permit No. 7201, and were made at well and between said well and settling basin.” "Said improvements were begun prior to June 1st, 1938, and were completed prior to July 1st, 1938" Proof of Application of Water to Beneficial Use (under Permit No. 10127) executed July 18, 1942 by Walter R. Bracken does not contain statement of cost improvements.
