Rouse) I enclose original and five copies of Supplemental Complaint against the Public Service Commission to set aside its Order of December 7, 1951, reducing rates on motels at Las Yegas. Will you please sign the Supplemental Complaint and see that it is filed and served, advising me when this has been accomplished. I also suggest that you enter into a Stipulation with the Attorney General similar to the stipulation which you entered into with respect to the original Complaint* I am sending sufficient copies so that you will be able to furnish the Attorney General, Mr. Cannon and a representative of the Motel Association in Las Vegas with copies. - :k|: for the purpose of trying to obtain relief from the Commission through informal conference.
