Sutton) I have filed a Petition for Rehearing with the Nevada Public Service Commission in the above mentioned case. If it is granted, we will wish to put in evidence a forecast of the result of operation of the Water Company and the Railroad Company for the year 1952. I will ask Mr. Wehe to prepare this forecast based upon information to be furnished him by you and Mr. Sutton. Will you please furnish a statement showing the anticipated revenues in the year 1952 under present rates, also by months the anticipated number of new water users. Your estimate of revenue should be accompanied by a detailed explanation which will enable Mr* Wehe to make a final forecast. It will probably be necessary for you to come to Los Angeles for a conference with Mr, Wehe, which will undoubtedly be called on short notice. Therefore it will be appreciated if you will prepare the requested information as soon as possible. Will you also please furnish a written statement showing in some detail the duties performed by you and all of the forces under your supervision at Las Vegas* In our recent conference with Mr. Allen he was somewhat critical of the Las Vegas expenses of the Water Company. For one thing he indicated that he thought the supervisory expenses were excessive. We were not able to discuss this matter with him in detail, but it is a matter which will have to be gone into if a rehearing is had. Otherwise he will not be satisfied as to the necessity actual expenses incurred. It will be will provide a written explanation of the the forces, including the supervisors. 0) I 012 E0 lL E, S.
