Mr. Renwick in Law Dept, has asked me to give him estimate of Management Expense for 1952 in connection with water production and distribution facilities at Las Vegas, This estimate is to he divided between R.R. owned water facilities and LVL&W facilities.and further divided between wages and expenses. Any expese in connection with the water rate case is to be reported separately.
