Glasses of Consumers - Where two or more classifica­tions of consumers are served by one service, each classification will be separately rated. 5. Discontinuance of Charges - Water rates will be charged for all services whether the premises are occupied or not until service shall be, in writing, ordered discontinued. 6. Resuming Service - When service is discontinued pur­suant to Rules 3 and 5, it will not be re-established until all de­linquent charges are paid. 7. Emergency Shut-Offs - The Water Company may shut off water, without notice, for the purpose of making repairs or exten­sions . 8. Service Lines - All service lines extending from mains to property line, including tapping of water mains and the shut-off, shall be installed, maintained and owned by the Water Company sub­ject to the obligation of the applicant to pay the following charges• For 3/4M connection with service line extending from main to property line not exceeding 50 feet, $15.00. For 1 M connection with service line extending from main to property line not exceeding 50 feet, $20.00.
