Wehe, Consulting Engineer, which analyses the properties, revenues and expenses and rates of return of the water production and distribution facilities at las Vegas, Nevada of Union Pacific Railroad Company and Las Vegas Land and Water Company. This report shows the actual result of operations of the facilities of both companies for the year 1949 and an estimate of the results of such operation for the year 1950. A copy of this report is being sent to Mr. Howard Cannon, City Attorney of Las Vegas. Railroad Company has sent you a copy of the Annual Report of the Water Department of the Las Vegas Land and water Company. I am sending a copy of this rsport to Mr. Cannon. This report shows the actual results of operation of the Las Vegas Water Department of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company as recorded on its boohs for the year 1950. It does not contain an analysis of the operations of the water production facilities of Union Pacific Railroad Company at Las Vegas for the year 1950. A supplement to the report of Roy A. Wehe is being prepared which will show the actual results of operation of the facilities of both the Railroad and the Water Company for the year 1950 and will contain a forecast of such operations for the year 1951.
