At the adjourned hearing in the above ease now set for June 5, 1751 at Las Yagas, Nevada, we desire to have information concerning the results of the operation of both the water production facilities of the Railroad and the water distribution facilities of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company which will be as current as possible. I, therefore, would appreciate it if you will do everything possible to have the accounting for the month of April 1951 completed as soon as possible the month. after the end of As early in Hay as possible will you send me a statement showing separately for each of the first four months of 1951 the details of the eharges made by the Railroad against the LVL&WCo. for water furnished and also the revenues and expenses of the LVL&WCo. operation.
