In addition to Mr. G. 2. Smith, special representativ e of the President, there were present Messrs. W. 2. Bracken, P. R. Mclamee, Leo A. Mclamee, R. 1. Adamson, and 1. Jackson. Prior to conference a l l water fa c ilit ie s were inspected and locations o f new subdivisions were v isited in order to acquaint Mr. Smith with the situation on the ground. In conference, i t was determined that contracts fo r furnishing water wholesale to outside companies be substant ia lly in accordance with the follow in g terms: 1. Wates to be furnished at eight cents per 100 cubic feet measured by meter. 2. Meters and a l l connections to las Vegas land and Water Company's .mains to be paid fo r by outside companies and in stalled under supervision o f l . V . l . & W. Co.; however, l . V . l . & W. Co. not to supervise installation s other than connections to its lin es. 3. Outside companies to own a ll pipe lines in stalled at th eir expense. Said lin es to be not less than 4" cast iron pipe. 4. Outside companies to secure a l l necessary permits
