I have had the matter up with Mr. McNamee, our lo c a l attorney, and agreements are now being prepared for the Southern) Nevada Land and Development Company and the Parkview Mutual Water Company on the eight cents per cubic foot basis and w ill be submitted fo r their execution as soon as prepared. They w ill also be n otified concerning the cancellation or annullment of the present agreements which are now effectiv e. This is in accordance with Mr. R. L.
