To County Assessorsp , You- are hereby directed to place on the tax rolls of your several counties the valuations of interstate and intercounty railroads and pub­lic utilities hereinafter set forth under the following resolution: W hereas, A public hearing beginning'on the first Monday in May, 1929, having been held and continued from day-to day, and all parties interested having been heard or afforded fu ll opportunity to be heard, either in person or by their agents or attorneys, as provided in section 5, chapter 177, Statutes of Nevada, 1917; and the Nevada Tax Com­mission having fu lly considered every element, and fa irly weighed all evidence placed before it by which assessment valuations shalfflbe established by the said Commission On the several kinds and classes of property mentioned in section 5 of said,A ct; therefore, be it Resolved, That the following valuations within Nevada, including alf elements named in section 5 of said Act, are hereby established for the several interstate and intercounty railroad and public u tility com­panies enumerated herein, for assessment and taxation purposes for the State, counties, municipalities,: and towns, fo r the year 1929. R E C O M M E N D E D V A L U A T I O N S The following valuations within Nevada fo r the several intracounty railroad and public u tility companies, enumerated herein, are supplied the Assessor for his use, having been compiled by the Nevada Tax Com­mission fo r 1929 on the same uniform basis as the interstate and inter-county valuations of railroad and public utility companies over the assessment of which the Nevada Tax Commission has original juris­diction : lsi|
