BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF NEVADA IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION ; OF LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY : I. & S. Docket 52 FOR AN INCREASE IN WATER RATES. : ORDER OF SUSPENSION IT APPEARING, that the Las Vegas Land and Water Company has filed with this commission a schedule of increased water rates, said schedule being filed to become effective July 1, 1931, and IT FURTHER APPEARING, that the commission will be unable to complete its investigation and make its order prior to July 1, 1931. IT IS ORDERED, that the said schedule of increased rates filed to become effective July 1, 1931, be, and the same is hereby suspended for a period of thirty days from and after July 1, 1931, or until further order of this commission, and no change shall be made in the present charges of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, until after the expiration of said suspension date of thirty days, except upon further order of this commission* By the Commission, (Original Signed) LEE S.
