Dear Mr. Sextons This refers to Mr. Bracken's letter of January 5, 1942, addressed to you, and our telephone conversation last week, relative to proposed Contract between Las Yagas Land and Water Company and Meheil Housing Company. In accordance with your suggestion, w® have drafted a fora of Rule to cover the situation* and I enolose herewith a copy there- , of, which is submitted for your consideration. We would lik e to have your views on this Rule, but if the same is satisfactory es is, w® would like to have it go into effect as soon as possible, and thereafter approve the IfcHeil Contract, which comes within the provisions of the Rule.
