Strong) Referring to the attached clipping from the Las Vegas Evening Review Journal of July 3rd: I note "Scoop* says that "Tonopah's excellent water is allotted to customers through the use of meters.H It has always been my understanding that the use of meters in Nevada was prohibited by constitution or law. why the Las Vegas Land and Water Company cannot do the same. If Tonopah can use meters, I don't understand Please advise.
