Johnson of the Las Vegas Land & Water Oo. that complaints have been received from the Police Dept, regarding excessive use of water at the station grounds. It seems the ground has been permitted to become saturated, causing a runoff into Main Street and I am further informed that this occurs every day. I am passing this information to you for handling.
