Likew ise my production fig u r e s are obtained from data fu rn ish ed by him. While we know there is con sid erable water going over the s p illw a y every n igh t and fre q u e n tly during the daytime, Edwards’ t o t a ls fo r consumption are c o n sis te n tly h igh er than f o r production# an im possible s itu a tio n , and one that I b e lie v e can only be corrected by p la c in g a man there who has the i n t e l l i genoe to keep proper re co rd s.
