Sill, Licensed Civil Engineer, California License Cert. -5^37* He is said to be a Geologist also. Unable to develop any further data. 3. Carl B. Wirshing, Licensed Civil Engineer, California License Cert. No. 11. Worked for County Sanitation District as draftsman some years ago on structural work.
