DEC 2 *949 Lob Angeles - Deo. 2, 19^9 • At Mr* Reinhardt*s request I prepared an estimate of cost of construction of a steel pipe water transmission line from Henderson to Las Vegas, as outlined In article In the Las Vegas Review-Journal of November 9 * 19^9 > which quoted from recent report prepared for the Las Vegas Water District by Greeley & Hansen, Ghloago Engineering firm. My estimate was prepared on the basis of the various lengths and sizes of line mentioned in the newspaper article.
