I agree.Los Angeles, October 14, 1942 7334 % Mr, Walter R, Brackens I have your letter of the 8th submitting comparative statement of crater consumption for September* In view of the increased population, it is difficult to understand the very material decrease in water consumption as compared with a year ego, notwithstanding our campaign for water conservation. On the theory that there may have been something wrong with meter readings a year ago* I believe it would be well to continue this statement until we reach a comparison that will reflect the readings after meters were reconditioned.
