The cabins and t r a i l e r s are being removed and premises cleaned o f d e b ris . Have d iscussed the idea o f r e h a b ilit a t in g the Ranch property, and b u ild in g i t in to a Dude Banoh,with some people at Las V egas. There is p o s s i b i l i t y that i f , a ft e r w ater is developed, our Company is w i l l i n g to e n te r in to a le a s e with option to pur­chase, a syndicate may be formed to take over the property and operate i t as a Duds Ranch. A p re re q u is ite to such a d e a l, however, would be the development o f s u ffic ie n t w ater f o r I r r ig a t io n pur­poses. We know that w ater u n d e rlie s p a rt o f the Ranch, but pro­d u c tiv ity can only be developed by d r i l l i n g .
