Los Angeles, February 14, 1956 7334 Mr. C. M. Bates - Los Angeles * In connection with proposed dedication of railroad property to City of Las Vegas for proposed 80 ft. wide truck highway between Charleston Boulevard and Bonanza Boad, for which X requested legal description this date, it is desired to grant the Las Vegas Valley Water District easemeut 15 ft. wide for 14-inch transit pipe line from the pump station west of proposed highway northerly to the point where we granted the Water District 15 ft. easement for water pipe line being "Easement Strip Six” in the contract between the Bailroad Companies, LVL&WCo. and the Water District.
