C* Perkins - Omaha Mr* C# M* Bates - Los Angeles) Beferring to your letter dated May 21, 1958, file B 115-435, with which you returned proposed easement "M**L*D. 2995* in favor of Las Vegas Valley Water District, for water pipe line in proposed 80 ft* truck highway along north-south center line of Sections 33 end 28 at Las Vegas, Nevada * Corrected prints are now attached to these documents* We have eliminated from the print the pump house and the short piece of pipe line from the pump house to the easement area as these facilities were removed by the Water District* The north line of Section 33 Is now indicated on the print and the easement area is now colored in yellow to that point* Original, approval copy and the three extra copies of the easement are returned herewith* w« H« Johnson
