I shall not be entitled to remove or disturb said railroad tracks and appurtenant facilities for the purpose of constructing, maintaining! operating, repairing and replacing water pipe lines and appurtenancis under and along said easement strip. The Second / Party, its succes-sors and assigns, shall have reasonable access within said easement strip for said purposes, but at their sole cost and expense shall be required to take such steps as are required by sound engineering practice to support said railroad tracks and appurtenant facilities! prevent damage thereto or interruption of service thereover. Except in the case of emergency, the First Parties, their successors and assigns, shall not be entitled to make excavations upon or in the vicinity of said easement strip which might endanger the water pipe lines and appurtenances therein of the Second Party, its successors and assigns, or to remove or disturb any such water pipe lines and appurtenances for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, operating, repairing or replacing said railroad tracks or J railroad operating facilities until after twenty-four (24) hours1 notice to the Second Party, its successors and assigns; and in the case of emergency, immediate notice of such work shall be given to the agents or employees of the Second Party, its successors and assigns, who can be found nearest to the point of work. The First Parties, their successors and assigns, shall not be entitled to temporarily remove or disturb any water pipe lines except after 8 having given notice as hereinabove provided, and unless and until the First Parties, their successors and assigns, shall have taken such steps as are required by sound engineering practice to prevent 4 .
