Reinhardt) 569 Your letter August 31# file £0-11 regarding charges by First National Bank of Nevada in connection with the pending escrow involving sale of the Water Dept, of the Las Vegas Land and Wdter Company: I checked the last two items, viz: Title policy fee #9&9.#0, and Easement Report 1500.00 with Mr. Sweeney of the Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company: he advises me that the Title Policy Fee is as billed to the Bank by them, and that the charge for the Basement Report covers the preliminary reports starting with our request of April 30, 1953# and Including several supplemental reports as well as the Final Report issued to the Bank for the Water District.
