    > Los Angeles - October 25, 1954 20-334 Mr. R. L. Adamson: Referring to your letter of October 15» 1954> file 1-7334, concerning procedure to be followed during construction of Las Vegas Valley Water District’s 30 inch water pipe line and 51 inch R.C. Pipe casing to be jacked under our tracks at Las Vegas, Nevada. Have reviewed your drawing F-51& showing proposed construction, which is approved, with the exception that jacking pit should be moved approximately 22 feet west to clear Track No. 227. Advised you in my letter of September 8th that Track No. 227 could be taken out of service with the thought in mind that it would be for only a day or two; however in your letter you state that track would be out of service for at least two weeks, and probably longer, and as this track is used daily in yard operation, do not feel that track should be taken out of service for that length of time.
