February 18, 1955 MEMO FOR FILE: The attached print, Sheet H-2 dated November 18, 1954, and revised February 16, 1955, shows details of construction of L.V.V.W.D. pipe line crossing at M.P. 334.94. Mr. Adamson approved the construction and Mr. Bates authorized District to proceed with construction prior to execution of easement. See Mr. Bates’letter of February 16, 1955.
